About Event Projection

Based in Central London, Event Projection are specialists in Audio Visual and Presentation Solutions and are devoted to helping your event come to life. From basic PA hire and projector hire to conferences, PR stunts and film screenings you'll find all the equipment you need to hire and the technical expertise at Event Projection.

As our name suggests, Event Projection are at the cutting edge of video and digital projection working with numerous clients on projects ranging form photographic and video shoots, large-scale cinematic screenings, super widescreen work for conference to guerrilla advertising, and projecting on landmark buildings for spectacular effect. As well as projectors, we supply a complete range of light and sound equipment and services including; PA system hire, plasma screens and video systems as well as lighting hire. We hire to private and business customers, venues, event organisers, and performers.

You'll see the majority of our hire stock here with pictures and a brief description as well as links to the manufacturers websites so you know exactly what you are hiring. We also have some regularly hired "packages" with discounts that are made up to make hire easy. You can also download a PDF document of our complete hire price list under "prices".
